Permanent residents to give A FULL CALENDER MONTH'S WRITTEN
NOTICE of intended *departure. *
Daily rates will be charged and the deposit withheld in any of
the following events: . (a) the
resident leaves without giving a full calender month's written
notice to Reception; OR .
(b) the resident leaves before the minimum of two months;
OR . (c) the resident
leaves in the middle of any given month. * ALL RENTALS ARE
PAYABLE IN ADVANCE
AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF 20% WILL BE
LEVIED ON ANY CHANGE IN TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT
ACCOMMODATION PAID FOR IN ADVANCE
