PERMANENT RESIDENTS TARIFF
(CALENDER MONTH RATES ONLY - MINIMUM 2 MONTHS)

SINGLE ROOMS PLUS MEALS

BLOCKS A, B & C ..... .R3750.00 per month

BLOCKS D & E ........... R3600.00 per month

 
* R500.00 deposit required in advance. Deposits will only be refunded to Payee.
* Permanent residents to give A FULL CALENDER MONTH'S WRITTEN NOTICE of intended *departure.
* Daily rates will be charged and the deposit withheld in any of the following events:
. (a) the resident leaves without giving a full calender month's written notice to Reception; OR
. (b) the resident leaves before the minimum of two months; OR
. (c) the resident leaves in the middle of any given month.
* ALL RENTALS ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE
 

AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF 20% WILL BE LEVIED ON ANY CHANGE
IN TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT ACCOMMODATION PAID FOR IN ADVANCE
