Keep fit and stay active at the Y!
We opened our gym in 2016. Since then, it’s become an important part of daily life at the Y and it caters to both residents and non-residents alike. The space promotes physical wellness, mental well-being, and a sense of community. Whether you’re training for strength, fitness, or fun, this gym is a welcoming place for all.

Mondays to Thursdays: 09:00 to 20:00
Fridays: 09:00 to 19:00
Saturdays: 09:00 to 15:00
Sundays and public holidays: Closed

Sign up: R100 | Fees: R100 per month
Non residents
Sign up: R150 | Fees: R100 per month
